Customer Terms & Ride Policy Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using services through Let’s Go Rides Inc, customers agree to follow all policies,

pricing, and conduct standards outlined in this agreement.

2. Rider Conduct (Non-Negotiable)

Customers must:

● Treat drivers with respect at all times

● Follow all local, state, and federal laws

● Wear seatbelts at all times

● Not engage in illegal activity during the ride

Strictly Prohibited:

● Smoking, vaping, or drug use in the vehicle

● Open alcohol (unless pre-approved luxury service)

● Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior

● Damage or tampering with the vehicle

➡️ Violation can result in immediate ride termination without refund and account

suspension.

3. Zero-Tolerance Safety Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

● Violence or threats

● Sexual harassment

● Unsafe distractions to the driver

Drivers have the right to end the ride immediately if they feel unsafe

4. Payment & Pricing Policy

● All rides must be paid through approved payment methods

● Pricing is based on:

○ Base fare

○ Distance

○ Time

○ Demand (if applicable)

● Additional fees may apply:

○ Wait time

○ Cleaning fees

○ Damage fees

➡️ All charges are final and non-negotiable once the ride is completed

5. Cancellation Policy

● Riders may cancel within a limited time window without penalty

● Late cancellations may incur a fee

● No-shows will be charged

➡️ Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions

Free Cancellation Window

After a driver accepts your ride request, you have approximately 30 seconds to cancel without

any fee.

➡️ After this window expires, a cancellation fee WILL apply.

Driver Acceptance & In-Route Cancellations

If a ride is cancelled after a driver has already begun traveling to your pickup location:

● Once the driver has been en route for 3 minutes or more, a cancellation fee will apply

● This compensates the driver for time, fuel, and opportunity loss

Arrival & No-Show Policy

When a driver arrives at your pickup location:

● Drivers will wait up to 5 minutes (standard grace period)

● If the passenger does not appear within this time, the ride will be marked as a

NO-SHOW
 

💰 No-Show Fees:

$5 fee for standard rides

$10 fee for scheduled rides

On-Site Cancellation Fee

If you cancel after the driver has arrived at your pickup location:

● A $25 cancellation fee will apply immediately

● This applies regardless of wait time if cancellation happens on arrival

Scheduled Ride Cancellation Policy

For pre-scheduled rides:

● Cancelling within 1 hour of pickup time (after driver is matched) will result in a $10

cancellation fee

● Early cancellation outside this window may be free depending on timing and driver

assignment status

Cancellation Fee Schedule

Standard Ride Fees:

● $5 – No-show after 5-minute wait

● $5–$25 Cancellation depending on timing, driver status, and trip progress

Premium / Luxury / Higher-Class Vehicles:

● $10 minimum cancellation fee

● $10-50 based on driver dispatch status

Scheduled Rides:

● $10 fee (late cancellation within 1 hour of pickup)

On-Site Cancellation:

● $25 fee when driver arrives and ride is cancelled immediately
 

Exceptions & Adjustments

No cancellation fee will apply if:

● The driver cancels the ride

● The driver is significantly delayed beyond reasonable time expectations

● The company determines a service failure occurred on the driver side

Fee Disputes

Customers may dispute a cancellation fee if they believe it was charged in error.

● All disputes must be submitted through the app or support channel

● Each case will be reviewed individually

● Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at company discretion

Fair Compensation Policy

Cancellation fees exist to fairly compensate drivers for:

● Time spent traveling to pickup location

● Fuel and vehicle expenses

● Lost income from other potential rides

Important Tip To avoid fees:

● Cancel within the first 30 seconds of booking, OR

● Cancel before a driver is dispatched or en route

6. Wait Time Policy

● Drivers will wait a limited time (example: 5 minutes standard)

● Additional wait time will be charged per minute

● If the rider does not show, the ride is marked as a no-show

7. Damage & Cleaning Fees

Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused, including:

● Spills, stains, or bodily fluids

● Physical damage to vehicle interior/exterior

➡️ Cleaning fees can range from $50 to $250+ depending on severity
 

8. Personal Belongings

● Riders are responsible for their personal items

● Let’s Go Rides Inc is not liable for lost or forgotten items

Drivers may return items at their discretion and may charge a return fee of$25.

9. Service Refusal Rights

Drivers and the company reserve the right to refuse or cancel rides if:

● Rider appears intoxicated beyond safe transport

● Unsafe number of passengers

● Presence of prohibited items

● Rider behavior poses a risk

10. Vehicle Capacity Policy

● Riders must select the correct vehicle type

● Exceeding passenger limits is not allowed

➡️ No exceptions—even for short trips

11. Child Safety Policy

● Children must comply with all car seat laws

● Riders must provide their own car seats when required

Drivers may refuse rides if safety requirements are not met.

12. Pets & Service Animals

● Service animals are always allowed

● Pets may be allowed depending on driver approval

● Additional cleaning fees may apply

13. Liability Disclaimer

Let’s Go Rides Inc is not responsible for:

● Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events

● Missed flights, appointments, or reservations
 

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

● Suspend or permanently ban users

● Deny service for policy violations

15. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be submitted within a specific timeframe (example: 7 days).

The company will review and make a final decision.

16. Recording & Safety Monitoring Notice

● Vehicles may use dashcams/audio for safety

● Footage used only for disputes or incidents

17. Ride Selection & Trip Capacity Guide

When selecting a ride, please consider the capacity for your trip, including passenger count,

luggage needs, comfort level, and budget.

Standard Trips are best suited for small groups and everyday travel needs.

XL or Higher Capacity Trips are designed for larger groups and/or additional luggage

space.

Extra Comfort, Premium, or Platinum Trips offer enhanced space, comfort, and a

luxury experience for added convenience.

Trip options may vary based on availability, location, and demand. The app will display all

available options that match your trip needs at the time of booking.

18. PASSENGER RATINGS POLICY

Customer ratings of drivers must be fair, honest, and based on the actual ride experience.

Ratings are important because they:

● Impact driver performance standing on the platform

● May affect driver access to higher-paying trip opportunities

● Help maintain service quality and accountability for both riders and drivers

Misuse of the rating system, including intentionally unfair or retaliatory ratings, is not permitted

and may result in account review or restriction.
 

19. Agreement Updates

Policies may be updated at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated

terms.
